Beginning the Journey
After much prayer, Ezra and I have begun the adoption process. Last week we officially committed to a little girl from Eastern Europe, Marlena. She is 3 months old and cute as a button. Also last week we started compiling paperwork for our home study, and we will have a visit on the 21st. Please pray for us as we navigate our way on this journey. We are not sure how we will get from here to there, but are confident in that God will provide and supply us all of our needs. Stay tuned to learn about our progress in bringing Marlena home, as well as, how you can help make that happen.

ReplyDeleteHi there! I just took my Liza from this orphanage about 3 weeks ago. I can vouch for Andrea, she loves your little sweety, and all the other kids too. I can possibly answer questions you may have, just let me know. Congrats on beginning your journey! :)
ReplyDeleteYay! for your family and Marlena! We also love her and had been praying about bringing her home with Artem in 14. We are thrilled she has a family! We will be praying for you!
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Sarah, and I am 12. My family is in the process of adopting Elijah (Aloysha on RR) from (9) and my parents will fly out next weekend to meet him. I was on a mission trip to (14) in July earlier this summer. I'm not sure how much help I will be to you since you are already in contact with Andrea, but you are welcome to look though my blog of my trip! Please email me for the address at forhisgloryhandiwork (at) gmail (dot) com.
